The Birds are Feeding Me
by Rex McGregor
Working from home in his apartment, Doug is being driven mad by Kim in the flat above. She is constantly feeding sparrows on her balcony, which then make a mess on his. A three-way video call with the chair of the residents' association, Marion, transforms the situation. Marion resigns her position, persuades Doug to step into her shoes, shares a poem on the pleasure the sparrows have brought her and invites Kim onto the committee.
